Our contribution to the health of the planet, the fight against climate change and the well-being of the people who inhabit it can be measured against the common framework created by the UN in 2015, the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Our “Corporate Sustainability Plan” reflects contributions to 7 of the 17 SDGs.

Carbon Footprint CO2 Calculated
We are certified by an independent entity specialized in reliable carbon emission measurements. The objective is to reduce greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions into the atmosphere as much as possible. Our measurements are below the average for our sector, in some cases up to 50%.

Exclusive MailTecK Certificates
ISO 14001 Environmental Management
Since 2015, ISO 14001 accredits our system to ensure sustainability in all our areas of activity and sets us lines to achieve more significant environmental goals. The ISO examines the materials we use in our daily operations (such as sustainable paper and cardboard, low-polluting inks or biodegradable plastics), the environmental impact of our production equipment and the energy efficiency of our facilities.
ISO 9001 Quality Management
The ISO 9001 Quality Management System is applied to all our areas of activity and in all the projects we implement. This certification accredits our way of working and guides us in the design and continuous improvement of an integrated quality system. ISO 9001 translates into reliability and efficiency in our day-to-day operations.
FSC® Chain of Custody and PEFC
At MailComms we only work with certified paper and cardboard FSC Certificate No.: AEN-COC-00075 and PEFC Certificate No.: AEN-PEFC-COC-0247. These seals certify that both materials come from forests that are sustainably managed in terms of harvesting, reforestation and economic returns for local communities. FSC® stands for Forest Stewardship Council and PEFC for Programme for the Endorsement of Forest Certification.
MailTecK is committed to establishing an integrated system of quality, environmental management and chain of custody, based on certifications such as ISO 9001.
