Compliance by design
As a technology company and developers of our own applications, we have adopted the philosophy summarized in the concept of “compliance by design“. Simply put, this means that data security and privacy is in the DNA of our solutions. This is true from its conceptualization and the initial phases of its design process.
This is how our tools are adjusted to the effective compliance with the European regulatory framework such as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Organic Law on Data Protection and Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD).

We are part of the List of Qualified Trusted Service Providers of the Ministry for Digital Transformation and the Civil Service. This recognition enables us to offer the following qualified services:
- Certified electronic delivery
- Preservation of qualified electronic signatures
- Preservation of qualified electronic seals
This accreditation means that both the data sent and received through our platforms, as well as the signatures and seals kept on them have full legal validity and will be admitted as evidence in legal proceedings, by complying with the provisions of regulation (EU) 910/2014 eIDAS.
Revised Network and Information Systems Security (NIS2) Directive
We have successfully passed the audit conducted by AENOR for compliance with NIS2 (revised Network and Information Systems Security Directive), becoming the first company in Spain to obtain this demanding certificate. This achievement demonstrates our commitment to cybersecurity and privacy, and transfers these guarantees to our customers.

National Security Scheme (ENS)
We have been certified at the high level of ENS (National Security Scheme) after passing a strict audit. The ENS of the National Cryptologic Center (CCN) seeks to strengthen the security and privacy of data when electronic transactions are carried out and also in physical channels (e.g. printing).
This certification means that our systems are optimized in all aspects of security, cybersecurity and information privacy, and complements perfectly with our other certifications such as ISO 27001 and 27701.

ISO 27001 y 27701
On this road to excellence we have reached two other milestones, certified by Aenor, such as ISO 27001 (information security), complemented by ISO 27701 (information privacy). ISO 22301 Business Continuity
Our ISO 22301 Business Continuity certification indicates that we are prepared to maintain our activity in the event of emergencies, catastrophes or extremely serious situations. For each service, this ISO certification establishes the impact of an outage, its level of criticality, the maximum recovery time and recovery point and a contingency plan. It also defines a test plan in variable scenarios. ISO 22301 translates into confidence, assurance, business resilience and enhanced legal compliance for our customers.

Criminal compliance system
We have had our criminal compliance model verified by a specialized entity. This management system provides us with preventive tools to ensure that our activities, those of our employees and those of the people acting on our behalf are carried out in accordance with the law, internal policies, sectoral codes of ethics and other mandatory or voluntary provisions. We have expanded our ethical principles and values, and have reflected them in our new Supply Chain Code of Conduct, which will be applicable to our critical suppliers in order to share the same principles and values with them.

ISO 14001 Certification | Environmental Management Systems
Since 2015, ISO 14001 certification has attested to the implementation of our system, which ensures sustainability across all our areas of activity and provides us with guidelines for achieving more significant environmental goals. This standard guides us in assessing the environmental impacts of our raw materials (sustainably sourced paper and cardboard, less polluting inks, biodegradable plastics, etc.), our production processes, and the energy efficiency of our facilities.

FSC® Chain of Custody and PEFC
Our chain of custody is certified under the following standards: PEFC Certificate No. AEN-PEFC-COC-0247 and FSC Certificate No. AEN-COC-00075. This means that all the paper we use in chain-of-custody-certified projects for clients comes from responsibly managed forests, with respect for traditional uses, a guarantee of reforestation, and support for local communities.FSC® stands for the Forest Stewardship Council, and PEFC stands for the Programme for the Endorsement of Forest Certification.
MailTecK is committed to establishing an integrated system for quality, environmental management, and chain of custody, based on certifications such as ISO 9001.
Since 2014, our PEFC andFSC® chain-of-custody certification has attested to the sustainability of our printing work for any type of promotional or transactional campaign, helping our clients convey to the market their commitment to the responsible use of natural resources.
Statement of Commitment to Chain of Custody. Our commitment to a chain of custody certified under PEFC andFSC® standards has led us to establish a management system that assures our customers that their communication processes are carried out under strict environmental controls.
These are our commitments, as MailComms Group, to continue contributing to the sustainability of our business:
- GHG Protocol: an international standard for calculating organizations’ carbon footprints. It tracks emissions and generates a report that includes the six types of greenhouse gases.
- ZERO WASTE: for waste management that reduces pollution and conserves raw materials.

We hold Aenor certification as an independent entity specializing in reliable carbon emissions measurements.
The goal is to reduce greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions into the atmosphere as much as possible, including both direct and indirect emissions. We are continuously working to improve the quality of our emissions inventory, covering both Scope I and II emissions, as well as indirect Scope III emissions.
Zero Waste
Our waste management is focused on recovering the waste we generate, promoting recycling and other forms of recovery. MailTecK has obtained the ZERO WASTE certification from Aenor, which attests to our management of waste traceability through to its final destination and recovery treatment, demonstrating our commitment to the circular economy.
