Today we present two new ones that we have incorporated to our ecosystem: ISO 22301 for Business Continuity and ENS (National Security Scheme).
ISO 22301 Business Continuity
It is one of the most relevant standards for a company that provides services, even more so if these are critical for its customers. ISO 22301, which we have just obtained, indicates that our activity will not be interrupted in the event of emergencies, catastrophes or extremely serious situations. And in the event that our service is affected, it will be as minimal as possible.
When talking about “business continuity”, one always thinks of a catastrophe such as fire, major floods or a long power outage. But this concept also includes the consequences of pandemics, computer attacks (cyber-attacks) or even wars.
ISO 22301 translates into trust. The companies that work with us know that the services they have contracted will be carried out because we are prepared. To obtain this certification we have trained, and will do so periodically, recoveries in different continuity scenarios.

ENS | National Security Scheme
The ENS was created and promoted by the National Cryptologic Center (CCN) to protect the security and privacy of data when electronic transactions are carried out. It is essential for companies offering services to public administrations, and they themselves must comply with it at different levels (local, regional and state). The administrations thus establish barriers against possible attacks coming through secondary channels (suppliers, universities, public companies) and not directly.
Exceeding the ENS requirements, as we have done, means optimizing, with a high level of demand, our technological systems in terms of security, cybersecurity and privacy. And, of course, the ENS perfectly complements our ISO 27001 and 27701 information security and privacy standards.
