Tripero will drive the company’s digital transformation and adapt the commercial strategy to the new multichannel electronic scenario.

He will report directly to the group’s CEO, Javier Echebarría. MailTecK, the firm specializing in personalized multichannel communication services, has appointed Rafael Tripero as CEO, reporting directly to the group’s CEO, Javier Echebarría.

Among its most relevant tasks will be to carry out the necessary actions to strengthen the digital transformation strategy of MailTecK’s business. The initial objective is to put into practice the necessary tools to renew the company’s business management, starting with the Commercial Area. “At MailTecK we are confident that the incorporation of Rafael Tripero, a professional with a proven track record, will be the definitive step on the road to the digital transformation of our business with a first update on the business model,” said Javier Echebarría.

Tripero holds a degree in Business Administration and Law from ICADE and has completed an MBA at IESE. Over the past few years, the new CEO of MailTecK has accumulated significant experience in management positions in corporations specializing in areas such as customer marketing, multichannel user management, CRM and contact center.

Among others, he has served in companies such as Shober PDM Iberia, Digitex, Telegate España, Venturini España and SEAT Pagine Gialle, always in relevant management positions. He has also worked for Yoummday GmBH, as Partner Spain, and as Board Member – Digital Economy Advisor for the prestigious law firm Cremades & Calvo-Sotelo.
