Next Thursday, November 17, we will participate in the National Credit Congress, organized by CMS Group and celebrating its fourteenth edition at the Teatro Goya in Madrid.
Together with our trusted partner Covline Spain, we will be present in the Telco & Utilities room, from 1 p.m. to 1.45 p.m., to analyze, together with our forum colleagues, supply suspensions due to non-payment from a triple perspective.
Iñaki Gómez-Echevarría, Sales Director at Customer Comms, and Ricardo Orosa, partner at Covline Spain, will address ours, technology. We will explain the role that legal communications play in a customer default situation, with the importance, among other things, of certifying both contents and deliveries and of obtaining and safeguarding all the necessary evidence.
Albert Rams, from Nexus Energía, and Gonzalo Quiroga, from Asset (Asociación Española de Financieros de Empresa), will provide their expert views on energy marketing, in the first case, and legislative specialization in the second. The conversation will be moderated by Oscar Barrero, utilities sector expert at PwC Spain.
