The conviction of MailTecK & Customer Comms (MailComms Group) is to implement excellence in all our customer projects, the tools we develop, the processes we design to gain our own efficiency, the environmental management in all our activities… And this includes being certified in criminal compliance, as are large Spanish and foreign companies.
This certification provides MailTecK & Customer Comms with a set of preventive tools aimed at ensuring that the activities carried out by the company and its managers and employees comply with legal regulations, internal policies, sectoral codes of ethics and any other provisions that the company is obliged to comply with or has decided to do so voluntarily as part of its good corporate practices.
To this end, we have designed a risk map and a compliance prevention system management manual and we have approved them all in the Board of Directors, as a final and necessary step to obtain the certificate.
The result is in fact a first milestone that demonstrates the governance model we have followed to date and that we must take care of every day.

That at MailTecK & Customer Comms we do everything in our power to prevent, at any time and at any point of our activity, a criminal infringement may occur due to unlawful actions of the company, its managers or its personnel. and therefore avoid possible sanctions that could generate liabilities of this type.
