Incorporamos a Johana Macedo como consultora de Servicios Jurídicos de Negocio IT

At MailComms Group we welcome Johana Macedo Almeida as the group’s new IT Business Legal Services consultant. With a law degree from the Universidad de León (Spain) and Universidad Católica Andrés Bello (Venezuela) and specialized by the Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, Johana will provide us with an expanded legal vision from several perspectives. On the one hand, it will accompany customers and provide them with expert support. On the other hand, it will analyze the legal framework of our business and the group’s activity. In addition, you will study and identify new development opportunities based on the legislation and regulations applicable in the sectors in which we specialize.

Johana brings with her almost two decades of experience in the legal field. During the first years of his professional career he specialized in applied law in areas such as technology, patents and copyrights from law firms. Subsequently, he has worked in legal departments of organizations such as Banco Santander, the technology consulting firm Knowledge Innovation Market (KIM) or VEGAP, an entity that manages the copyrights of more than 120,000 artists.

In addition, our new legal consultant has worked as a trainer and speaker at ISDE Law School, EUNCET Business School and the Generalitat de Catalunya among other institutions.

“I am particularly attracted by the MailComms Group’s ability to integrate technology and regulatory compliance in products and services that are essential for companies that want to digitize, including from the compliancepoint of view,” she says.

Johana will add her legal knowledge and experience to our different lines of business, within the strategy of incorporating the legal perspective in all client projects, from their early stages of implementation.
