Customer Comms has chosen Marian García Benito to strengthen its position in the area of legal multichannel communications, the company’s main line of business for the coming year.
With more than 20 years of experience in customer value creation, Marian will work as Marketing Product Manager within the Marketing and Business Development department. His longest and most enriching professional stage was at Xerox, a multinational company where, for more than 15 years, he acquired his greatest professional experience with a clear customer orientation. He has also provided services for companies such as Omnitel, The Power MBA and British Telecom.
The new Marketing Product Manager of Customer Comms will guide the strategy of penetration in the legal communications market, with the definition of a brand positioning generated from an in-depth analysis of the current market. The company’s commercial department will use this information to adapt and promote the company’s commercial strategy, aimed at offering real differential value.
