Compliance by design
As a technology company and developers of our own applications, we have adopted the philosophy summarized in the concept of “compliance by design“. Simply put, this means that data security and privacy is in the DNA of our solutions. This is true from its conceptualization and the initial phases of its design process.
This is how our tools are adjusted to the effective compliance with the European regulatory framework such as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Organic Law on Data Protection and Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD).

Qualified trusted service provider,
in the form of certified electronic delivery
In 2021, we have taken a further, very relevant and unique step in the Spanish market. The Ministry for Digital Transformation and Public Administration has recognized us as a qualified trust service provider, in the modality of certified electronic notification.
This is an accreditation that applies to the core of our activity, and means that data sent and received through our applications will be admitted as evidence in legal proceedings, even if they are in electronic format.
In case of litigation, a judge will admit the evidence collected during the communication process collected and generated by our systems, as everything is produced according to the provisions of the regulation (EU) 910/2014 eIDAS.
This recognition provides a high level of security and confidence in the delivery of messages through our multichannel communications solutions.

National Security Scheme (ENS)
We have been certified at the medium level of ENS (National Security Scheme) after passing a strict audit. The ENS of the National Cryptologic Center (CCN) seeks to strengthen the security and privacy of data when electronic transactions are carried out and also in physical channels (e.g. printing).
This certification means that our systems are optimized in all aspects of security, cybersecurity and information privacy, and complements perfectly with our other certifications such as ISO 27001 and 27701.

On this road to excellence we have reached two other milestones, certified by Aenor, such as ISO 27001 (information security), complemented by ISO 27701 (information privacy). Both guarantee our full compliance with regulations and our commitment to security in the processing, management and control of the data entrusted to us by our clients.

ISO 22301 Business Continuity
Our ISO 22301 Business Continuity certification indicates that we are prepared to maintain our activity in the event of emergencies, catastrophes or extremely serious situations. For each service, this ISO certification establishes the impact of an outage, its level of criticality, the maximum recovery time and recovery point and a contingency plan. It also defines a test plan in variable scenarios. ISO 22301 translates into confidence, assurance, business resilience and enhanced legal compliance for our customers.

Certification in criminal compliance
In addition, we have accredited our criminal compliance model. This certification provides us with preventive tools to ensure that our activity, that of our staff and the people acting on our behalf is carried out in accordance with the law, internal policies, sectoral codes of ethics and other mandatory or voluntary provisions.

ISO 14001 Certification | Environmental Management Systems
ISO 14001, which we obtained in 2015, certifies our commitment to sustainability and, at the same time, guides us to achieve more ambitious results in all our areas of activity. This ISO analyzes everything from the raw materials we work with (certified paper, non-polluting inks, biodegradable plastics, etc.) to our production equipment (and its environmental impact). It also measures the energy efficiency of our facilities.
ISO 9001 Certification | Quality Management System
A transversal certification that is present in everything we do in each of our areas of activity. ISO 9001 has allowed us to design an integrated quality system and work under its specifications. It is synonymous with efficiency, guarantee and reliability of our performance.
FSC® Chain of Custody and PEFC
Our chain of custody is certified under the standards PEFC Certificate No.: AEN-PEFC-COC-0247 and FSC Certificate No.: AEN-COC-00075. This means that all the paper and cardboard we use in our day-to-day business and in customer projects comes from sustainably managed forests, respecting traditional uses, ensuring reforestation and supporting local communities. FSC® stands for Forest Stewardship Council and PEFC stands for Programme for the Endorsement of Forest Certification.
MailTecK is committed to establishing an integrated system of quality, environmental management and chain of custody, based on certifications such as ISO 9001.
Since 2014, our PEFC and FSC® chain of custody certification, certifies the sustainability of print jobs in any type of promotional or transactional campaign, helping our clients to convey to the market their respect for the responsible use of natural resources.
Chain of custody commitment statement. Our commitment to the chain of custody certified under PEFC and FSC® criteria has led us to define a management system that allows us to assure our customers that their communication processes are developed under strict controls of respect for the environment.
