Insurance Week is here (organized by INESE, February 15-17 at IFEMA Madrid) and, with it, a new opportunity to meet in such uncertain times as the ones we are living in. This year we led the session Transformation of communications and reliable transactions in the insurance sector. Here we tell you a little more about the event, but write down the essentials: it will be held on Wednesday, February 16, from 12:00 to 13:30. Are we counting on you?

Today, one of the challenges facing the insurance industry is to offer confidence to its clients in the face of uncertainty. Reliable communications and transactions lay the foundation for this trust and help to significantly improve the customer’s experience and, therefore, their relationship with the insurance company.

Insurers operate in an ever-changing regulatory environment. The implementation of European regulations applied in the sector, such as the RGPD, eIDAS or IDD, among others, condition the digital and operational transformation of the business. They also shape the relationship with customers and employees, with whom contact is increasingly remote, multichannel and multi-device. Regulatory compliance has become a major day-to-day factor in avoiding increasingly heavy penalties.

We will talk about all of this during the session, with experts such as Elena Madrid, Director of Operational Intelligence in the Strategic Transformation Area at MAPFRE and Alonso Hurtado, lawyer, IT & Compliance partner at ECIJA. In addition, we will tell you how our CertySign platform helps you with regulatory compliance while optimizing the customer experience.
