A must-attend event for the insurance industry!
One more year, one of the most relevant events in the sector arrives: the Insurance Week, organized by Inese Eventos. This 2025, from February 18 to 20, more than 5,000 attendees, 50 stands, 300 speakers and 700 companies will gather at IFEMA Norte. Within this framework, we have prepared a specialized session that you won’t want to miss: “Times of Change in the relationship with policyholders: Regulation, Innovation and Customer Management”. We will explore, from the hand of experts, key issues such as communication with policyholders. We will see how technology and regulation are transforming the industry, forcing communications to become more efficient and personalized. Moreover, these communications become meaningless on their own if they are not part of a seamless, secure and managed conversation, whether by humans, AI’s or a hybrid of both.
What will you find in our session?
- Welcome and moderation: Our CEO, Javier Echebarría, will kick off the session and will be in charge of moderating the interventions, concluding with the most important key points of the event.
- Security, regulation and user experience: Alonso Hurtado (partner at ECIJA) and Teresa Arandilla (business director of Legal Communications, MailComms Group) will address the challenges of integrating security, regulatory compliance and customer experience. Among the topics highlighted: NIS2/DORA, identity wallets and the role of qualified trusted e-service providers.
- Trends in communication with policyholders: Ángel Uzquiza (corporate director of Innovation, Santalucía) and David Griñán (commercial director, MailComms Group) will analyze the importance and need to innovate in the way of conversing with policyholders. How to adapt communications to the new generations, maintaining the connection with audiences of different ages through hybrid channels (physical and digital) and turning communications into real conversations.
- Artificial Intelligence and People: Manuel Lopez (CEO, UnifiedComms) and Beatriz Clemente (RVP Financial Services Spain, Salesforce) will present “Artificial Intelligence and People in Action: A New Relationship Model”, highlighting the single view of the customer with Salesforce, Agentforce, communications integration, compliance and CertySign.
