MailComms Group has added José Antonio Sanmartín to its team in the position of Chief Financial Officer. José Antonio comes to MailComms Group with more than 35 years of experience in the field of Administration and Finance, both in Spain and in other European countries. Much of this experience has been accumulated in positions of responsibility in multinational companies such as CFO Southern Europe (Siemens), CFO Spain and LATAM (Mediapost, a relationship marketing company) and CFO Europe (Electrosteel), among others. In addition, during his different work stages he has acquired significant knowledge in related areas such as, to name a few, Treasury, Accounting (USGAAP / IFRS), Tax, Audit and Invoicing, and also in departments of different specialization, such as IT, Human Resources, M&A(Mergers & Acquisitions) and others related to real estate. In terms of education and training, José Antonio holds a degree in Business Administration from the San Pablo CEU University and has completed the Industrie Kauffmänische Ausbildung program at the German Chamber of Commerce for Spain. He also holds a Master’s degree in Mergers & Acquisitions from Stanford University (USA). The new Group CFO is fluent in four languages, brings high-level skills in corporate representation and spokespersonship, and has managed large teams in companies with an annual turnover of 120 million euros.
