We have just obtained the efr distinction, awarded by the Másfamilia Foundation to those organizations that facilitate the work-life balance of their staff through measures designed for social welfare and cultural transformation. We tell you more details about this certificate.

At MailTecK we have just obtained the Family-Responsible Company (efr) certificate, awarded by the Másfamilia Foundation, supported by the United Nations and the only one approved by the Ministry of Social Rights, Consumption and Agenda 2030 of the Government of Spain. The awards were presented by Rosa Martínez, Secretary of State for Social Rights, to the entities that have achieved them in 2025.

Of all our certifications, this is one of the most special for us, as it analyzes the measures in place to guarantee the well-being of our employees, especially with regard to family reconciliation.

“Work-life balance and productivity go hand in hand. In companies that have a work-life balance, workers are happier and, in the end, this has an impact on the company’s productivity.
David Ramos, Head of Human Resources, who collected the certificate.

During the audit carried out by the Másfamilia Foundation, improvements in the labor area have been taken into account in three main groups: quality of employment, spatial and temporal flexibility and family support. In the first group, aspects such as our commitment to employment stability, through permanent contracts, as well as payroll options (number of payments at the employee’s choice) and the offer of two advantageous leisure platforms for our staff stand out.

The area of spatial and temporal flexibility includes measures aimed at designing work schedules that meet the work-life balance needs of each employee, including flexible working hours, remote work options and intensive working hours.

Finally, the family support category includes the provision for teleworking in summer during the vacation of dependent minors or in the event of illness of ascendants and descendants. Also provided in this section are the needs for time off to attend school tutorials for sons and daughters.

“This is a very important distinction for us because it certifies the importance we give to the welfare of people and also encourages us to continue improving in this aspect
Javier Echebarría, CEO and founder of the company.

The Másfamilia Foundation, which carries out the audits and awards the badges, is a private, non-profit organization with more than 20 years of experience in the analysis of professional and family reconciliation and more than 1,000 certified entities. Through the efr initiative, the foundation seeks social change and cultural transformation within companies.
