As you know, and for a decade now, every year we dedicate our Christmas budget to a cause dedicated to disadvantaged groups. And we do it in collaboration with our customers and partners and hand in hand with a prestigious organization. In 2024, our Christmas campaign has gone to the families affected by the DANA in Valencia, and we have channeled it through SOS Children’s Villages.
After this brief presentation, the first thing we would like to do from MailComms Group is to say our thanks to all the people who have made this campaign a success. Thank you! Their simple gesture, clicking on a button in an email, became one more opportunity to return to normality for the affected families, and especially for the children, who have lost everything or almost everything due to the most important climatic catastrophe of the last two centuries in Spain. Because accompanying these people back to normality is the main objective of the SOS Children’s Villages project in which we have participated. The destructive force of the DANA, still very visible, has devastated property and also the life projects of thousands of families. The SOS Children’s Villages program is investing its efforts in the second phase of the emergency.
This project is the one that has received our donation, and will focus on providing psychological support to prevent depression and anxiety, offering basic material kits and direct economic aid, and working with the population to help them carry out the necessary administrative procedures in each case.

SOS Children’s Villages is not the first organization we have collaborated with to turn our Christmas budget into a charitable gift. In recent years we have also worked with NGOs such as Doctors Without Borders, Red Cross, Save The Children, Unicef and Vicente Ferrer Foundation in our Christmas campaign. Thanks to all of them for channeling and materializing the aid sent to such noble causes.
