Customer Comms has appointed Carlos Mendizábal as the company’s new Sales Account Manager.
With a degree in Computer Engineering Management and Project Management from the University of Southern Mississippi, he will be responsible for generating business in the large account area of Legal Communications, one of the most strategic areas for the firm.
Master in Digital Marketing from EAE, Carlos has extensive experience in ERP, CRM, BI, BPM, Big Data, RPA and AI solutions from relevant developers in the market such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft (Business Central), Agresso, Qlikview and Uipath, among others. In addition, during his career he has added value to the firms he has worked with through consultative sales and innovation processes, implementing the technological tools best suited to each case.

Carlos began his professional career in the late 90’s and, since then, he has been decisively involved in the implementation of technological projects for companies such as Randstad, PWC, Applus+ or Grupo Vocento.
Among its main stages are also its experiences in Aitana, CCS Agresso, Cesser or Captio, one of the most recent. In all of them, Mendizábal has demonstrated a profile very focused on the achievement of objectives, not exempt of passion and creativity when overcoming the challenges he has faced.
