Customer Comms, a MailTecK & Customer Comms group company, has hired Teresa Arandilla as the new commercial director of its Legal Communications area, one of the main pillars of the company's activity.

The manager, who holds a degree in Business Administration, an MBA from IE Business School and a Master’s Degree in International Trade, will manage the commercial strategy of the area, analyze the market in search of new business opportunities and will be in permanent dialogue with our clients to understand their needs and offer them the most appropriate solutions for each case.

Teresa Arandilla brings to Customer Comms more than 20 years of experience in Sales Management managing teams in companies in the IT and Telecommunications sectors. He has also held similar positions in multinational BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) companies such as Capgemini, Bertelsmann and Grant Thornton. During these two decades, the new director has accompanied firms in areas such as banking, insurance, utilities, logistics, retail and services, among others, in their digital transformation processes through the integration of technological solutions, outsourcing of services and consultative selling.
