Often exciting news does not come on its own. This is the case. We told you recently that MailComms Group has grown with the launch of Unified Comms, a boutique company for the Salesforce practice. And today we would like to announce the incorporation of Manuel López Paya to our team, as general manager of this new company. First things first: Welcome to the group, Manuel!

Manuel will be in charge of leading the Unified Comms business development related to the Salesforce practice, as well as managing the activities related to the different Einstein 1 Platform clouds and services and integration projects with other systems and technologies.

He will also lead the management of the consultant, architect and developer teams, as well as the collaboration with Salesforce professionals.

Salesforce strategy and synergies with MailComms Group

In addition, the head of Unified Comms will design the company’s strategy and commercial actions, individually and aligned with the business needs of MailComms Group, with whom he will create synergies in terms of omnichannel, certified, legal communications and transactions, and trust services. On the other hand, Manuelwill certify the quality of deliveries to customers and, as a consequence, their satisfaction and loyalty.

It is a new and challenging project. And I come with all the conviction to lead the company’s success and drive innovation, vision and determination in the purest MailComms style”, declares Manuel.

Passion, enthusiasm and experience

In addition to his passion and enthusiasm, the new CEO brings 20 years of experience as a CIO, COO and CEO, as a consultant to companies, investors and business areas and implementing Salesforce solutions. In terms of education and training, he holds an MBA from IE Business School and a degree in computer engineering from the Polytechnic University of Valencia.


He has also served as an MBA professor at different business schools, teaching modules on project management, CRM, digital transformation, supply chains and data analytics.. He is also an official instructor for the Salesforce Trailhead Academy.
