We continue to take firm steps towards a more sustainable and environmentally responsible operating model.
Throughout 2025, 100% of the electricity consumed by MailTecK was certified as renewable energy through Guarantees of Origin (GoO), officially accredited by the National Markets and Competition Commission (CNMC). This certification guarantees that the electricity used comes entirely from renewable sources and is backed by an official, traceable and verifiable system.
Total reduction of Scope 2 emissions
In accordance with the principles of the GHG Protocol, the use of electricity with Guarantees of Origin allows us to consider a 100% reduction of Scope 2 emissions (Scope 2), i.e. those associated with electricity consumption in our operations.
In terms of environmental impact, the consumption of 974 MWh of renewable energy in 2025 has contributed to avoiding the emission of 267.9 tons of COâ‚‚, a saving equivalent to the effect of more than 10,700 trees planted, according to data provided by our energy supplier.
