Se estes pontos de contacto n\u00e3o forem coerentes com o tom e a forma dos elementos digitais, os clientes podem acabar por ficar confusos, desiludidos e at\u00e9 ir para a concorr\u00eancia.<\/p>\n<p>Lembre-se do que \u00e9 uma excelente experi\u00eancia do cliente: a soma de todas as interac\u00e7\u00f5es que um cliente tem com uma empresa.
