And before and after, we had the opportunity to talk with the professionals who attended the Future Utility at our stand. <\/p>\n<p>In the title of our speech there is a constant that is repeated in the last specialized events we have attended: <strong>artificial intelligence, in which we delve into to convert its capabilities into a service for users and companies<\/strong>. In this case, we explain its application in the <strong>management of collections and the sending of certified notifications, with full legal validity, in different cases such as, for example, power cuts.<\/strong>[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=&#8221;120px&#8221; css=&#8221;.vc_custom_1739182683897{margin-top: -100px !important;}&#8221; el_id=&#8221;dos&#8221;][vc_column_text css=&#8221;.vc_custom_1732701656775{padding-top: 15px !important;padding-right: 15px !important;padding-bottom: 15px !important;padding-left: 15px !important;background-color: #47d7ac !important;}&#8221;]<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"margin-top: 0;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Insurance Revolution<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=&#8221;&#8221;]A little over<strong> a week later we landed at Insurance Revolution<\/strong> (November 14), in what became its 11th edition.<\/p>\n<p>The theme of the event was, once again,<strong> the possibilities offered by AI to the insurance sector and how we can accelerate its full use.<\/strong> We participated with a booth, an <em>experience room<\/em> and a talk. <\/p>\n<p>David Gri\u00f1\u00e1n, our commercial director, Alonso Hurtado, from ECIJA and Ra\u00fal Cobles, COO of Unified Comms, a MailComms Group company and official Salesforce <em>partner<\/em>, participated in the dialogue.<\/p>\n<p>The presenters unpacked a <strong>three-pronged perspective on the value of AI in building trust in the insured<\/strong>. David focused on<strong> creating secure <em>user experiences<\/em> in digital environments<\/strong>. Alonso explained the <strong>benefits of relying on a qualified provider of trusted electronic services<\/strong>, as we are. Raul focused on <strong>360\u00ba vision, process automation with Agentforce (AI) and certification of communications and transactions from any Salesforce cloud.<\/strong>   <\/p>\n<p><strong>Our <em>experience room<\/em> was used to develop a use case in a Salesforce environment<\/strong>, with the incorporation of certified communications to guarantee a relationship of trust with the digital insured, <strong>through Agentforce (Salesforce application) and with the support of solutions provided by AI.<\/strong>[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=&#8221;120px&#8221; css=&#8221;.vc_custom_1739182690689{margin-top: -100px !important;}&#8221; el_id=&#8221;tres&#8221;][vc_column_text css=&#8221;.vc_custom_1732701798951{padding-top: 15px !important;padding-right: 15px !important;padding-bottom: 15px !important;padding-left: 15px !important;background-color: #47d7ac !important;}&#8221;]<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"margin-top: 0;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Cybersecurity &amp; Identification (IKN Spain)<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=&#8221;&#8221;]The most recent of our participations in meetings took place on November 21, when we <strong>attended the Cybersecurity &amp; Identification<\/strong> with Rom\u00e1n Ramirez, our Cybersecurity consultant and founder of RootedCon, Alonso Hurtado, partner of our legal <em>partner<\/em> ECIJA and expert in technology, media, telecommunications and regulatory compliance, and David Gri\u00f1\u00e1n, commercial director of MailComms Group.<\/p>\n<p>This edition of the meeting focused on <strong>the challenge of minimizing identity fraud as much as possible in the world of digital relationships<\/strong>. And in our talk, entitled<strong> Digital Identity in Cybersecurity<\/strong>, we addressed <strong>solutions to this challenge from the prisms of technology, AI, identity <em>wallets<\/em> and the role of qualified trusted e-service providers.<\/strong> <\/p>\n<p>We also explained <strong>concepts such as <em>zero<\/em> trust and reviewed what regulations such as DORA and NIS2<\/strong> can offer us in this regard, as well as <strong>new realities such as self-sovereign digital identity and credentials and their impact on users and companies<\/strong>. Thanks to them, we learn more about our customers&#8217; needs, we learn and we also share our knowledge. If we look at the last three events, <strong>these &#8220;alliances&#8221; we were talking about (SDG 17) translate into a safer industry for customers, companies and institutions and a more successful fight against cybercrime<\/strong>. It also means <strong>better regulatory compliance with greater guarantees and, therefore, lower risks of sanctions<\/strong>.
