{"id":29564,"date":"2024-11-07T09:39:23","date_gmt":"2024-11-07T08:39:23","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/mailcommsgroup.com\/?p=29564"},"modified":"2025-08-25T11:27:41","modified_gmt":"2025-08-25T09:27:41","slug":"jose-antonio-sanmartin-new-financial-director","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mailcommsgroup.com\/en\/blog\/jose-antonio-sanmartin-new-financial-director\/","title":{"rendered":"Jos\u00e9 Antonio Sanmart\u00edn is the new CFO of MailComms Group."},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"wpb-content-wrapper\"><p>[vc_row type=&#8221;grid&#8221;][vc_column dp_animation=&#8221;&#8221;][vc_single_image image=&#8221;29570&#8243; img_size=&#8221;full&#8221; alignment=&#8221;right&#8221; css=&#8221;&#8221; dp_animation=&#8221;&#8221; alt=&#8221;Marian Garc\u00eda Benito &#8211; Marketing Product Manager&#8221;][vc_empty_space height=&#8221;20px&#8221;][vc_column_text css=&#8221;&#8221; dp_animation=&#8221;&#8221;]Grupo MailComms has added Jos\u00e9 Antonio Sanmart\u00edn to its team in the position of Chief Financial Officer.<\/p>\n<p>Jos\u00e9 Antonio comes to MailComms Group with more than<strong> 35 years of experience in the field of Administration and Finance, both in Spain and in other European countries.<\/strong> Much of this experience has been accumulated in positions of responsibility in multinational companies such as <strong>CFO Southern Europe (Siemens), CFO Spain and LATAM (Mediapost, a relationship marketing company) and CFO Europe (Electrosteel), among others.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In addition, during his different work stages he has acquired significant knowledge in related areas such as, to name a few, Treasury, Accounting (USGAAP \/ IFRS), Tax, Audit and Invoicing, and also in departments of different specialization, such as IT, Human Resources, M&amp;A<em>(Mergers &amp; Acquisitions<\/em>) and others related to real estate.<\/p>\n<p>In terms of education and training, Jos\u00e9 Antonio <strong>holds a degree in Business Administration from the San Pablo CEU University and has completed the <em>Industrie Kauffm\u00e4nische Ausbildung<\/em> program at the German Chamber of Commerce for Spain.<\/strong> He also holds a<strong> Master&#8217;s degree in <em>Mergers &amp; Acquisitions<\/em> from Stanford University (USA)<\/strong>.
