This year, the theme of this event, which each year explores technological trends in the insurance sector, will focus on the possibilities of artificial intelligence in the area and how we can accelerate its full use. <\/p>\n

MailComms Group professionals will be there for another edition, and we will do it in three different ways. We will have a stand<\/strong> to talk to the professionals who come to see us, we will also participate in the experience room <\/em><\/strong>where we will be able to show you our technology in coexistence with Salesforce , and not least we will participate in a talk<\/strong> in which we will talk about the impact of AI in the generation of trust with the insured. <\/p>\n

For our session on the generation of trust in the insured, we will have David Gri\u00f1\u00e1n, our commercial director,<\/strong> who will present, moderate and develop the technological perspective of building a successful user experience in digital environments. Alonso Hurtado,<\/strong> from our legal trust partner ECIJA<\/strong>, will talk about the figure of the qualified trust service provider (digital notary), the generative AI and its consequences and the legal authenticity of the actions of a digital human.<\/p>\n

The third part of this triple perspective will be provided by Raul Cobles, COO of Unified Comms,<\/strong> the Salesforce boutique of MailComms Group. Raul will explore customer relationships with this technology, number one worldwide, and will unravel crucial aspects such as 360\u00ba vision (physical and digital communications), process automation with Agentforce (AI) and certification of communications and transactions from any cloud. <\/p>\n

Afterwards, there will be time for discussion and questions and suggestions from the attendees, who will be invited to stop by our space to discuss their needs and how we can make their day-to-day business more efficient and reliable. We will also be able to share a demonstration in a Salesforce environment incorporating certified communications as a guarantor in your relationship with the digital insured<\/strong>.
