Almost 15 years after the publication of the law, the  <strong>digital transformation<\/strong>  is the subject of continuous discussion in companies; the  <strong>mobile banking<\/strong>  has ceased to be an option to be an obligation for financial institutions; and a large number of our personal purchases are made through Amazon.<\/p>\n<p>In a society in which access to and <strong>use of new technologies is becoming increasingly important<\/strong>, it is becoming necessary for companies and public administrations to streamline their processes through digital tools. In this context, the electronic signature becomes an indispensable tool in the personal, work and business spheres of each of us. In addition, it offers great <strong>advantages<\/strong> to companies and users. The following are the most important and those from which <strong>organizations<\/strong> could <strong>benefit directly<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"line-height: 1.8em; margin-bottom: 10px;\"><strong>Security.<\/strong>  The electronic signature uses a more secure technology than the handwritten signature, so that impersonating the signer&#8217;s identity is a much more complex process. It should be noted that there are different types of signature: simple, advanced and qualified.
