He has also held similar positions in multinational BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) companies such as Capgemini, Bertelsmann and Grant Thornton. During these two decades, the new director has accompanied firms in areas such as banking, insurance, <i>utilities<\/i>, logistics, retail and services, among others, in their digital transformation processes through the integration of technological solutions, outsourcing of services and consultative selling.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>&#8220;I am joining this new work stage with enthusiasm and commitment to develop the legal communications business line, counting on great professionals and in a company with a successful track record managing the digital transformation of multichannel communications for large clients,&#8221; explained Teresa. &#8220;The MailTecK &amp; Customer Comms group has been able to develop a differentiated product offering, very customer-oriented and continuously adapting to market trends and technological advances.
