Reliable communications and transactions<\/strong> lay the foundation for this trust and help to significantly improve the customer’s experience<\/strong> and, therefore, their relationship with the insurance company.<\/p>\n

Insurers operate in an ever-changing regulatory environment. The implementation of European regulations applied in the sector, such as the RGPD, eIDAS or IDD<\/strong>, among others, condition the digital and operational transformation of the business<\/strong>. They also shape the relationship with customers and employees, with whom contact is increasingly remote, multichannel and multi-device. Regulatory compliance has become a major day-to-day factor in avoiding increasingly heavy penalties.<\/p>\n
