Alberto will contribute to our business strategy, within the Commercial Department, with his extensive experience in <strong>key account<\/strong> <strong>management<\/strong> <strong>and in the development of opportunities through <em>cross and up selling<\/em><\/strong>, especially in the financial and insurance sectors, around digital transformation.<\/p>\n<p>With a degree in Journalism and a diploma in Economic Information, our new <em>Key Account Manager<\/em> has almost <strong>three decades of professional experience<\/strong> in sales departments. His professional skills developed throughout his career include strategic and consultative selling and negotiation skills.<\/p>\n<p>Alberto has worked in multinationals such as <strong>Ups, Recall, Iron Mountain, Avanza BPO and Seres<\/strong>, in different positions that had in common their focus on digital transformation. One of his most extensive professional experiences has been at <strong>Seguros El Corte Ingl\u00e9s<\/strong>, which gives him significant knowledge in one of our key sectors, insurance.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row type=&#8221;grid&#8221;][vc_column dp_animation=&#8221;&#8221;][vc_column_text dp_animation=&#8221;&#8221;]<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>&#8220;I join Customer Comms full of enthusiasm and commitment.
