Next, Quim Carbon\u00e9s,  <em>Senior Manager at Accenture<\/em>we  <span class=\"ui-provider wo b c d e f g h i j k l m n o p q r s t u v w x y z ab ac ae af ag ah ai aj ak\" dir=\"ltr\">  will talk about the paradigm shift from customer-centricity to person-centricity.  <\/span>Javier Echebarria will return to the debate to explain how, from Customer Comms, we generate trust in a world  <em>phygital<\/em>  through reliable communications, engaging user experiences and omnichannel designs, among other aspects.<\/p>\n<p>During the intervention led by Santaluc\u00eda, the speakers will share the most successful practices to optimize the conversion rates of policy signatures. Luc\u00eda Cuadrado, Operations Director of Santaluc\u00eda, Alonso Hurtado, <em>Partner<\/em> of ECIJA, and Teresa Arandilla, Commercial Director of Customer Comms will participate.<\/p>\n<p>Then it will be Mapfre&#8217;s turn to talk about GDPR compliance.
