Non-compliance with the regulations<\/strong>, he warned, or the inability to prove that they have been carried out, can lead to very serious penalties<\/strong> with fines of up to 60 million euros. <\/p>\n

One of the main steps in reliable communications is notification<\/strong>. In physical channels, notification, Gonzalo explained, is understood as delivery and signature by the addressee.
